Ryan MacDonald is an associate in
the Matheson & Murray office, practicing primarily in the areas of
administrative law, insurance, corporate and, corporate commercial law,
bankruptcy and corporate restructuring, wills and estates and trusts,
and real property.
Ryan has represented clients in matters
before the Prince Edward Island Provinvial Court, the Supreme Court of
Prince Edward Island, the Prince Edward Island Court of Appeal, the
Federal Court of Canada and has also appeared before various
administrative tribunals, boards and agencies. As a previous small
businness owner, Ryan maintains an interest in assisting and advising
entrpreneurs and business owners througout Prince Edward Island.
Ryan graduated from UPEI with a
Bachelor of Business Administration in 1999 and obtained his Bachelor
of Laws from the University of New Brunswick in 2006. Ryan has served
as a Director of a not for profit charitable organization since 2008,
and has acted as the Director of Provincial Junior Men's Rugby in
Prince Edward Island since 2009.
